Helvetica Monopoly

This Monopoly board, by french designer Florent Guerlain, is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic board. It features the same competitive Monopoly content, just with sleeker, more minimalistic graphics and utilizing Helvetica fonts. I believe this is just a concept. Too bad... I would buy one.

I don't know why but this reminds me of a game we used to play in college called name the font. When ever we would be looking at or discussing some revolutionary or intriguing ad, design or package eventually someone would simply call out font. Pocket change was then handed over to the first one to identify it correctly.

Fonts rock, and can at times stand alone.
