Amaznode

Looking for an interesting new way to search Amazon? Try Amaznode. It is a Flash based searching tool that visualizes Amazon's products based on matches to your keyword and information from Amazon's "customers who bought this item also bought" data.

This is sweet, not really sure what the links represent though. I love the way it bobbles about like they are balloons. It's a shame they didn't make more of the nodes, the black boxes are a bit dull, I almost want a nice shiny circle or something. Also, am I being crap or is there no way to zoom...I want to zoom!!!

Yeah, the effect of moving the nodes around is really nice but it could definitely be more useful. I also wanted it to more clearly distinguish between things that actually matched my search and things that were just related to the initial matches.

Oooh, just turned my sound on...I love the beeps; it's like a 70's sci-fi movie...in my world, all computers should beep and boop like this!
